I am Dean, and I have spent the last 20 years renovating and flipping homes across Brisbane. Along the way I got tired of two things: apartment residents being charged more just for living in the city, and tradespeople who do not call back. So I started Inner City Maintenance to do it differently.

These days we focus on inner-city apartments and units. Apartment maintenance is genuinely different from house work. We build storage to the actual dimensions of the room and design balconies around drainage and balustrade compliance, rather than treating an apartment like a house. We know the realities you deal with too: lift and loading access, tight parking, noise windows and body-corporate rules. We bring the skills of a full renovator to jobs of any size, from a sticking door to a custom balcony fit-out.

The pet toilet

Living in an apartment with a dog or cat is hard, so I built a better answer: a custom pet toilet installed permanently on your balcony, built with proper drainage so it does not smell. You own it outright, with no subscription or ongoing fees, and it has been genuinely life-changing for apartment pet owners.
