What we install
Every pet toilet we build is fitted to the space, not the other way around. The toilet is integrated into its own planter box, with materials that will not stain, warp or hold odour and a footprint sized to your pet and balcony, not a generic off-the-shelf unit.
Once installed, it is yours. Dog toilets use grass; cat toilets use mulch instead of grass, with no kitty litter required. Solid waste needs to be removed as needed, and the system flushed weekly. With the built-in planter box and that simple maintenance, it is designed to stay odour-free.
Why not a subscription pet toilet service?
Subscription turf services solve the immediate problem but keep billing you for it, often $50 to $100 or more a month indefinitely, and you are still relying on a courier to swap the turf on schedule. A custom installation costs more upfront and nothing after that.
For dogs, the cost crossover can work in your favour if you plan to stay for more than a year or two. For cats, the mulch surface contains the mess and removes the ongoing cost of replacing kitty litter. We will talk you through the right option for your apartment.

Strata & body corporate
Most body corporates have no issue with a pet toilet installation, but by-laws vary by building. We recommend checking your by-laws or flagging the installation with your body corporate manager before we start. We are happy to provide installation specs if your strata committee wants to review them first.
